Open to beginners who have never practiced yoga, as well as more experienced yogis looking to deepen their practice, a yoga vacation can be tailored to your needs.
An ancient practice of the Indian culture, yoga represents the universal need to evolve and transcend all limitations and is an experience that brings us closer to ourselves. When practiced regularly, yoga is beneficial for physical health, emotional well being, mental clarity and spiritual connection with self and the world around us.
Sessions at our Yoga Retreat includes body postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation techniques, evening meditation and chanting sessions.
There are different levels to the assistance we provide during the sessions - from beginners to guests with prior knowledge of yoga. You can choose from an assortment of classes such as elementary techniques and relaxing practices to advanced asanas or body postures as well as breathing, meditation and cleansing techniques. At the Yoga Retreat, your nerves, the energy pathways called nadis, and energy centers of your body will be exercised and exposed to the processes of detoxification.
We offer retreats starting from 1 week. While you will partake in group classes of maximum 15 participants, you also experience one on one interaction with yoga instructors. The package is inclusive of room; yoga programs; breakfast and two satvik lunch as per a specially designed wellness menu comprised mostly of South Indian dishes.
