Santhosh Krishnan is a Registered Yoga Teacher under the Quality Council of India, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India and is a certified yoga teacher under Yoga Alliance, USA. He has been working in India and abroad with many reputed Yoga Institutes including several Government Hospitals. He has completed Masters in Yoga Therapy from Svyasa University and also holds PG diploma in Yoga from Annamalai University. He is a full time practitioner who has been training and learning the intricacies of yoga from different traditional styles and disciplines like Sivananda Asram, Isha Yoga, Art of Living, Mysore Style Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga Therapy techniques, Thai Yoga Body Works, Body Alignment Workshop etc.
Over seventeen years of experience as a Nutritionist and over ten years of experience as a Yoga teacher. She has worked in the Dietary Department at the Good Samaritan Hospital in California, USA. Areas of specialization are PreNatal Yoga, Kids Yoga and Yoga for Diabetics. She also conducts workshops regarding healthy eating and lifestyle.
Aravind Sudev is a certified Yoga Teacher who teaches Yoga Philosophy and Western Psychology. He has a Masters in Psychology and is specialised in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Techniques. His classes focus on mindfulness training combining Yogic Philosophy with Western Psychology. He also focuses on different Meditation Techniques including guided meditation. He has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering and handles social media marketing and helps in administration of the school.
Dr Jamesh teaches Ayurveda and Marma System. He has clinical experience of more than three years from the out patient department of Govt Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. He has extensive experience in the preparation, research, analysis and analytical procedures of ayurvedic medicinal formulations including both herbal, mineral and herbomineral formulations.
